This mindfulness guided meditation class introduces participants to the practice of mindfulness, which involves focusing on the present moment without judgment. Guided meditations help individuals learn to cultivate awareness, compassion, and acceptance, often by focusing on their breath or sensations. These classes are designed to improve overall well-being, manage stress, and increase self-awareness. We will use breath work and soft movements to help bring our awareness further. Being Still, quiet and present is where our true power lies.
